Serving Residents in Philadelphia, PA

The city of Philadelphia, PA is the largest city in Pennsylvania and is referred to as both ‘Philly’ and ‘The City of Brotherly Love’. It is both the economic and cultural center of the Delaware Valley. There are approximately 1,560,000 residents of the city as a whole which is broken down into many smaller neighborhoods including Fairmount, Overbrook, University City, Cobbs Creek, and many others. The city was founded in 1682 and has played major roles in several landmark events including the Revolutionary War, the Great Migration, and was the meeting place of the Founding Fathers of the United States for the signing of the Declaration of Independence in 1776 and the Constitution in 1787. This led to Philadelphia becoming the only World Heritage City in the United States.

The City of Philadelphia has a wide range of demographic groups that vary greatly depending on the neighborhood. Some areas such as Overbrook are affluent while others like University City are of the lower-middle class. Philly has a massive art district with well-known facilities like the Rodin Museum and a prominent music scene that includes Philadelphia Soul.
